Who's behind Darcemi
Darcemi is a small team that designs, codes and maintains its own management platform for freelancers and small businesses, and sets it up in each business.
What we do
We build the calendar, invoicing, the WhatsApp assistant and our clients' websites ourselves, on a single platform.
To send WhatsApp messages, submit invoices to the Spanish Tax Agency or interpret messages with AI, we rely on specialized providers. We say which ones and what each does, because they're part of what you contract. For WhatsApp, Meta has verified us as a Tech Provider for WhatsApp Business.
We don't sell a closed box: we set up the solution you need, configure it with you and keep maintaining it.

If something isn't built, it doesn't appear as available. Connections are confirmed in writing in each proposal.

Scope, costs, requirements and external providers are in the proposal before we start.
- Your data is yours
Export it whenever you want. We process it on your business's behalf under a public data processing agreement, and it's hosted on servers in Spain.
Company details
Darcemi is a trade name. The owner, their tax ID and address are listed in the legal notice.
