2. What this site is

Darcemi is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that businesses use to manage their appointments, their clients and their communication with them. This site describes the service and gives customers access to their panel.

Use of the service is governed by the terms of service, the processing of personal data by the privacy policy and, where the customer is a business entrusting us with data about its own clients, by the data processing agreement.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The code, design, copy, brand and other content on this site belong to the owner, except for anything identified as third-party. You may use the site to learn about and buy the service; you may not copy, resell or exploit it without written permission.

Third-party trademarks shown here — WhatsApp, Meta, Google, Stripe — belong to their owners and are named only to explain what the service integrates with.

4. Liability

The owner aims to keep the information on this site current and accurate, and may change it without prior notice. The owner is not liable for damage arising from the use of third-party sites linked from here.

The liability limits of the contracted service are those set out in the terms of service.

5. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Madrid.
